Antea USA, Inc. (Antea®Group) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Content Strategist to join our dynamic marketing team. This individual will be a strategic leader and executor, responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive content strategy that drives demand generation and supports our overall business objectives. The Senior Content Strategist will serve as a critical liaison between Marketing, Practices, and Segments, ensuring consistent and impactful content delivery. This role will also provide managerial support and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

This is a full-time role located in our St. Paul, MN office.

Essential Functions may include but are not limited to:

  • Developing and maintaining a comprehensive content strategy aligned with Antea Group's business goals and target audience needs.
  • Planning, creating, and managing the execution of content across various channels, including website, blog, video, social media, email, and webinars.
  • Conducting content audits and analyzing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Staying abreast of industry trends and best practices in content marketing and incorporate them into the strategy.
  • Developing and implementing content strategies that drive lead generation and nurture prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Collaborating with the demand generation team to optimize content for SEO and paid advertising campaigns.
  • Identifying and leveraging content opportunities to support marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Measuring content effectiveness, and report on ROI.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact between Marketing, Practices, and Segments, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
  • Facilitating collaborative content planning sessions and workshops.
  • Gathering and synthesize input from subject matter experts to create compelling and accurate content.
  • Ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms.
  • Providing managerial support and guidance to team members, fostering professional development and growth.
  • Overseeing content workflows and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content.
  • Promoting a collaborative and positive team environment.
  • Assisting in training team members on content best practices.
  • Developing content outputs that are centered around holistic campaign goals.
  • Ensuring content aligns with overall campaign themes and supports the desired customer journey.
  • Contributing to the strategic planning of marketing campaigns.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in digital content marketing strategy, with a proven track record of developing successful content campaigns focused on demand generation.
  • Strong understanding of demand generation principles and best practices.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS), marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools.
  • Ability to think strategically and translate business objectives into actionable content plans.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in the environmental or sustainability consulting industry is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide managerial support and mentorship.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment.
  • Ability to think holistically about campaigns.
  • Potential employees must be able to satisfactorily complete a background check. They must also have a valid driver's license and good driving record.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship, now or in the future.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

The annual compensation range for this position is $85,000.00 - $105,000.00. Compensation will vary depending on the applicant’s job-related knowledge and skills, education, and work experience.
