As the Senior Copywriter, you will develop compelling, brand-centric narratives across all channels, seamlessly integrating copy with design to maintain a consistent and impactful brand voice. With a strong understanding of traditional, experiential, and live events, you create integrated campaigns that resonate across multiple touchpoints. A natural collaborator, you work cross-functionally to uphold and evolve brand standards while fostering a culture of creativity and innovation. Your ability to navigate challenges with professionalism earns you respect and trust across teams. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative, thought-provoking copy that aligns with brand objectives and maintains a consistent voice across multiple touchpoints, including campaigns, social content, video scripts, blog posts, and more
  • Partner with designers, art directors, and cross-functional teams to concept and execute integrated brand and product campaigns
  • Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s premium positioning and resonates with key target audiences
  • Conduct research and interview subject matter experts to inform and elevate storytelling
  • Collaborate with the Creative team and marketing department to refine messaging strategies that support business goals
  • Stay up-to-date on trends and industry developments to drive creative innovation
  • Manage multiple projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
  • Oversee project files, assets, and outputs through to completion
  • Clearly articulate the creative vision of campaigns and work rationale to stakeholders
  • Accept direction and feedback to refine work and meet objectives

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in a creative role
  • A strong portfolio showcasing conceptual campaign work and a breadth of writing expertise, from compelling headlines to engaging long-form copy
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across teams
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively, translating insights into compelling narratives
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
  • Strong research and interviewing skills to develop authentic, well-informed content

Minimum Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Journalism, or related field; or equivalent work experience
  • Experience: 6+ years of copywriting experience within an agency or in-house creative environment
  • Systems: Google Suite, Microsoft, Adobe Creative Suite

Cambria’s starting salary range for this position is $81,000 - $102,000. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hires for the position. Individual pay is determined by several factors, including work location, job-related experience, and relevant education and/or training.
