Senior Copywriter

We’re looking for a fountain of ideas. A lightning rod in brainstorms. Someone who can run with a brief and turn it into a book-worthy opportunity. We want a writer who loves writing. We’re looking for someone to come up with ideas that excite everyone in our agency, our clients and the world at large.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Interprets creative brief assignments 
  • Develops concepts that reflect insight, strategy and fit the brand 
  • Collaborates with other creative team members and occasionally extended agency team members to produce work that makes you proud. 
  • Presents work with passion and a point of view to senior creative personnel and clients. Become a brand voice master and write in a variety of styles and voices across several different brands 
  • Participates and collaborates in strategy development, when needed 
  • When applicable, pays close attention to SEO and keyword relevancy 
  • Comfortable with communicating with clients and senior leadership on a regular basis 
  • Remains current on industry trends and technology 
  • Takes full ownership and responsibility of projects from inception to completion. You’re a self-starter, eager to share new ideas and thinking. 
  • Assisting in new business activity/pitches
  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates your creative and thinking skills and excites everyone who views it 
  • Demonstrated ability to write clear, persuasive copy using a variety of styles and formats for B2B clients 
  • Excellent presentation skills 
  • Video production experience 
  • Video production skills (camera operating, editing, etc.) 
  • Experience leading client discussions when presenting work 
  • 4-6 years of related work experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
