We’re looking for creative design talent to complement our team of innovative problem-solvers who can apply creative concepts and visual perspectives to our communications campaigns.

Creative Capabilities

  • Demonstrate exceptional skills in the use of the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe XD, etc. and website platforms like WordPress, Wix, etc. 
  • Demonstrate exceptional technical skills, attention to detail and other production design skills. 
  • Demonstrate creativity and originality in design, providing a vision for the way the client project should look when completed 
  • Be prepared to explain the rationale behind a design, but open and flexible to feedback and input from other team members and clients directly or through project team leaders. 
  • Elevate designs and presentations to the “next level” through brand enhancements, modernizations and a comprehensive vision of the campaign, strategy or project. 
  • Begin to manage a comprehensive process from concept to design, and from layout to the final deliverable 
  • Continue to evolve skills, (through your own and encouraging diverse skill development among members of the team) and keep current with design trends by seeking out professional development opportunities

Client Management

  • Contribute to client meetings / calls walking the client through the agenda and providing relevant updates and feedback
  • Begin to develop client rapport including helping manage client updates and expectations and serving as main day-to-day client contact, as assigned
  • Begin to understand and participate in prep and execution of client training sessions

Project Management

  • Contribute to client team activities (projections, monthly planning, budget management, regular 
  • internal client reviews ensuring there is an associate or intern assigned to your projects for delegation purposes Help set and manage big picture goals for the client. 
  • Given the goals, help determine tactics and how one achieves the other; ensure progress toward these is benchmarked and reported back to clients 
  • Demonstrate a level of comfort and effectiveness delegating work to Level 1-2s, and managing their work product and deadlines, helping to facilitate skill development Provide proactive internal client updates

Candidates must display advanced creativity skills in the Adobe Creative Suite, non-code website development, project management abilities, and proficiency in other design tools. Ideally, candidates will have 3+ years of design experience. Video editing skills are preferred, but not required.
