Our Senior Creative Brand Copywriter develops original, compelling and on-brand copy that aligns with strategic communication objectives for multi-channel marketing materials. Provides effective, results-oriented copywriting that spans across all digital and print channels to support sales, marketing and WPS’s overall business goals. You will collaborate across teams and with other marketing staff to brainstorm ideas and strategies to best represent our products, craft impactful messaging and help develop creative marketing collateral that will resonate with our target audience and produce the most successful results possible.

  • Maintain awareness of trends in marketing, culture, brand voice, ensuring collateral feels fresh, modern, topical and unexpected.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent post high school and/or related work experience.
  • 7 or more years of experience writing for multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • 5 or more years of copywriting, editing, grammar and proofreading skills with a working knowledge of marketing and media.
  • Possess a portfolio of full-funnel, brand-driven work that demonstrates big-idea thinking, strong storytelling and versatility across media platforms.
  • Strong experience thinking conceptually, writing in multiple formats and developing multi-platform campaigns.
  • Understanding of different language styles that appeal to various target markets.
  • Demonstrated experience executing strong, engaging marketing writing that aligns with strategic inputs and is highly relevant to the audience.
  • Understanding of differences and limitations when writing across different media channels, as well as the most effective ways to capitalize on the strengths and capabilities of each.
  • Highly motivated, organized, flexible, detail-focused and able to bring enthusiasm and commitment to writing projects. 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven experience leading projects and ability to work on your own at the business and enterprise level.
  • Experience working in Healthcare, Health Insurance or Federal Healthcare Government Services environments.
  • Strong experience using Word, Pages, Keynote and PowerPoint. 

Salary Range: $80,000 - $115K

The base pay offered for this position may vary within the posted range based on your job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
