Open to candidates being based out of either our Milwaukee or Chicago offices. Will consider totally remote in certain situations. 

As our next Senior Designer, you’re experienced in both a traditional and digital space. You view design as a way to bring ideas to life. You know how to pair words, graphics and images to turn basic copy into an incredible, compelling story and you can do it in a timely way. You have an eye for detail and understanding of how design can unify a brand across all mediums. You embrace challenges and own the work, seeing every project as an opportunity to grow your creative skill set.

Here’s why we want you:

  • You have a minimum of 5-7 years’ experience designing traditional and digital media.
  • You are more than proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • You have a balanced ego and an open mind and enjoy collaborating
  • You love to experiment with new mediums like illustration or experiential space design and are capable of creating content in multiple digital formats; image, video, animated gifs.
  • You are organized and possess solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • You’re driven to always do the best work, no matter what it takes.
