As a Senior Designer you will:

  • Produce and oversee creative digital and print solutions that align to our marketing objectives and goals
  • Develop web designs, landing pages, emails, advertising, sales brochures, print and digital catalogs, presentations and tradeshow materials, and go-to-market collateral
  • Work on product development and other marketing materials
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Managers to develop and execute marketing objectives and ensure brand consistency across all digital and print channels
  • Provide design support for internal business and coworker communication, including customer correspondence, corporate board presentations, proposals (RFPs), and special reports

Our qualified Senior Designers have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or Graphic Arts, Communications, or Advertising, or similar associate’s with equivalent work experience 
  • At least 5 years of professional design experience in a corporate or agency setting 
  • Comprehensive portfolio highlighting design expertise in color theory, sensorial design, typography, and layout as well as web and other interactive design experience 
  • Proven ability to design for various mediums, including web, digital, and print 
  • High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft 365 Suite, asset management, PIM, HTML & CSS, Content Management Systems (CMS), marketing automation platforms, or other email marketing tools 
  • Experience using project management and/or proofing platforms 
  • Ability to participate in the creative development process from conception to completion 
  • Flexibility and willingness to adapt design ideas to meet brief criteria and technical requirements 
  • Knowledge of print production techniques and processes, including releasing jobs to printers 
  • Proficiency in MS Office products
