You’re armed with a portfolio of design work that demonstrates consumer centric design thinking in packaging, branding and product aesthetics. You are independent, flexible and kind. First-hand knowledge of consumer goods branding, packaging, product aesthetics and consumer purchase intent is key. You will be tested with fierce deadlines and demanding clients. Colleagues describe you as an excellent visual and verbal communicator capable of articulating and coordinating critical project details and storytelling to a wide range of recipients. You are independent, highly organized and energetic with a can-do attitude.
PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS:
Lead, hands-on designer from concept to completion
- Interpret and act on direction from art director and creative director
- Manage and accountable for own design time and others time to meet deadlines
- Create design solutions including project summaries, documents for client presentations
- Present designs and articulate design rationale based on objectives and design thinking process
