The Senior Designer position at THIEL Brand Design is responsible for conceptualizing and creating visual design aesthetics that enhance communication and drive visual branding. It is an upper-level role that works in a team approach with your THIEL teammates and client-side stakeholders on a variety of projects encompassing print, video, web, social, dimensional and environmental communication platforms. As Senior Designer your work will be assigned by the firm’s client-facing principals and project managers. You will also interact directly with clients.

THIEL turns against the premise of doing the “same old.” Our culture is focused on collaborative, meaningful advertising and day-to-day interpersonal interaction. We value the diverse backgrounds of our team members, and everyone has the opportunity to provide input and be heard. THIEL is comprised of creative, motivated individuals who are all here for a reason. We welcome those who strive to work above and beyond their role, who voice their opinion and who are engaged in all aspects of the agency. We work hard, and provide you a creative space and lounge area to kick back in at our third ward office. We have the flexibility to work from home. And company social outings bring everyone together.
