We are currently seeking a Digital Advertising Senior Manager specializing in digital paid media strategies to join our JLL Technologies Global Digital Performance team. The Global Digital Performance team is part of the Global Digital Marketing team. Our Global Digital Performance team leads Traffic acquisition, Digital Advertising, SEO and Ad Ops.

Our team’s priority is to help implementing the Digital Traffic Acquisition Strategy for the Americas to drive qualified traffic and generate leads.

Lead and Execute the Digital Paid Traffic Acquisition Strategy

As a Digital Advertising Senior Manager at JLL Technologies, you will be directly responsible for:

  • Creating and executing the digital paid traffic acquisition strategy in conjunction with the Digital & Demand Generation team across all channels in order to drive qualified traffic and generate leads 
  • Working closely with the Global Digital Performance team members to implement best-in-class paid media practices and new channel tactics 
  • Collaborating with Marketing teams to implement SEO recommendations provided by internal team and ensuring synergies across organic & paid channels are in place

Campaign Optimization & Reporting:

  • Working alongside the Analytics & Ad Ops teams to provide detailed analysis on performance of every project 
  • Managing the digital campaign spend, ensuring effective spending and performance monitoring across all digital paid channels 
  • Reporting and communicating key insights and findings back to relevant marketing teams and the Global Performance team 
  • Developing good knowledge of our AdTech stack and staying abreast of new technologies and updates to existing technologies which may impact our activities

Education and Experience:

  • A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is preferred 
  • 7+ years of relevant/professional experience related is required 
  • Experience in planning and actioning multiple, complex, multi-channel marketing programs, utilising appropriate techniques and tools to ensure and measure success 
  • PPC – Google Ads, Bing, Search Ads 360 
  • Paid Social campaigns – Facebook, LinkedIn 
  • Programmatic/Display – Having worked with an agency or independent trade desk 
  • Familiarity with SEO, Ad Ops, Analytics and Lead management processes 
  • Passionate, energetic, highly organized, detail-oriented & self-motivated 
  • Ability to function independently and effectively in a self-directed environment 
  • Proven communication and presentation skills on bothan individual and formal level 
  • Good at managing multiple stakeholders and have had experience dealing with remote teams internationally 
  • Confidence to challenge the normand engage stakeholders with new ideas 
  • Previous experience in B2B digital marketing activities is a plus
