We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketer who can enhance our brand various social media platforms. The Senior Digital Marketer, Paid Social will be responsible for developing and administering paid social media ads that is designed to engage users and create an interactive relationship between consumers and the company. The successful candidate will also be required to collect and review social media data to develop more effective campaigns.

About the Role:

In this opportunity as Senior Digital Marketer, Paid Social, you will:

  • Develop and oversee the company’s paid social media strategy across all platforms to boost consumer engagement and profitability 
  • Work with marketing and creative team members to execute paid social ads 
  • Ensure that social marketing is fully integrated with all other efforts across the company’s portfolio 
  • Monitors and analyzes social media trends and their impacts 
  • Monitor effectiveness benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media programs (analyze, review and report on effectiveness of campaigns to maximize results) 
  • Monitor online competitor presences 
  • Research channels for relevance and trend identification 
  • Accountable for continuous learning—understanding and monitoring best practices, trends, methodologies, and technologies/platforms in the ever-changing social landscape

About You:

You’re a fit for the role of Senior Digital Marketer, Paid Social if you:

  • Have a Bachelor's degree 
  • Have 3+ years professional experience in social media and/or content marketing 
  • Have experience in running paid social ads 
  • Have expert knowledge of social networking channels, including but not limited to, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, blogging and any other relevant platforms 
  • Have knowledge of measuring success in campaigns 
  • Have experience in reporting results to stakeholders 
  • Have strong written communication skills are a must 
  • Have agency experience (a plus)
