What you'll do:

The Senior Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for the development and execution of the demand generation and account based marketing programs for Kerry North America. The position will report directly into the Marketing Director, Digital.

You will:

  • Execute against the strategic marketing calendar, ensuring trade shows, events and campaign timelines are captured and aligned to an End Use Market strategy that supports the achievement of the KPIs in North America, on time and within budget. 
  • Partner with the End Use Market, Technology and Brand marketers to understand their business and marketing objectives then create campaigns that deliver against those objectives – specifically content optimization andconversion optimization for key campaigns and End Use Market focus areas. 
  • Be responsible for content creation aligned to End Use Market strategy. 
  • Work closely with agency partners to optimize the buyer’s journey, ensure consistency of messaging, content and SEO. 
  • Manage, build and deploy email lists & campaigns that align to each End Use Market’s strategy and KPIs. 
  • Enhance the Kerry profile and reputation in the region through content and digital activation within each of the End Use Markets, Technologies and Brands across the regions and channels. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to manage all aspects of the eCommerce business including business planning, content development, promotional campaigns and other online marketing. 
  • Collaborate across teams to effectively develop eCommerce solutions. 
  • Optimize Kerry content across all digital platform optimization touchpoints in the region. 
  • Design 1: many, 1: few and 1:1 ABM marketing initiatives to meet pipeline targets. 
  • Partner with the Global Data Strategy team to evaluate ROI of marketing programs in order to make optimization recommendations and facilitate the acceleration of a “test & learn” approach. 
  • Stay abreast of key trends within digital marketing, account based marketing and content marketing and educating others within the organization in order to focus on continuous improvement and growth.
  • Manage and develop a small team.

What you'll need to be successful:

  • BS degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Advertising or other related field. 
  • 5-8 years experience in B2B digital marketing with a results driven approach to pipeline generation. 
  • 3+ years experience managing a team with a passion for early career development 
  • 3+ years managing eCommerce including product management and Amazon advertising. 
  • Experience in demand generation, account based marketing, marketing automation and website analytics. 
  • In-depth knowledge of the digital media landscape & technologies including paid search, SEO, retargeting and paid social media marketing (primarily LinkedIn, Instagram and Twitter). 
  • Highly analytical and able to derive insights for action from data through A/B testing and optimization. 
  • Excellent communicator and demonstrates strong leadership capabilities. 
  • Food & beverage industry experience a plus. 
  • Account based marketing experience a plus 
  • Experience using Marketo and Site Core a plus. 
  • Must be a self-motivated individual with strong conceptual skills and creativity 
  • Highly organized, keen attention to detail, exceptional ability to multi-task complimented with the personality to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. 
  • Proven track record of managing a team. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with a wide variety of individuals, stakeholders and partners.
