What you'll do:

As Senior Director, Fundraising Operations and Analytics, you will operate at the apex of strategy and operations for fundraising organizations within the Corus family, including Lutheran World Relief and Corus World Health. You will manage the development and optimization of donor journeys, establish and monitor KPIs, and analyze fundraising data to ensure our investments, systems, policies and procedures support aggressive and sustainable growth. The Senior Director reports to the Associate Vice President of External Relations and Engagement (ERE).

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Supervise the Donor Relations, Call Center, Database Administration, and Family Foundation and Corporate Partnership teams. 
  • Develop, implement and steward the systems, policies and procedures that support Corus Internationals goals for aggressive fundraising growth. 
  • Communicate results with Corus leadership and key stakeholders. 
  • Lead the budgeting and annual planning processes, always centering the team on plans that deliver an inspired donor experience. 
  • Build a team who will collaborate with multiple stakeholders in crafting donor experiences and journeys that deliver best in class donor retention and lifetime value.

About The Ideal Candidate:

You are a seasoned fundraising leader with a track record of success. You care as much about details as the larger strategy, and you love to see a plan come together. You can synthesize complex systems to develop and deliver a seamless, top-notch donor experience. You find energy in leading a team of technical experts and are passionate about making a positive and lasting difference in the world.

Requirements:

The successful candidate for this position will have 10+ years of fundraising experience and 7+ years of experience in managing a team. A Bachelor's degree is required. A master's degree and/or Certifications relevant to the position are helpful. Proven success in an organization that has achieved aggressive fundraising growth is desired. A passion for engaging donors in solving global poverty is required.
