Senior Director of Marketing

The Regency ProHealth Senior Communities (New Berlin) is currently looking for a creative, strategic and goal driven individual with a passion for marketing. You will build, maintain, and expand our digital footprint to enhance our brand. You will design and maintain our websites, social media campaigns and print materials. You will be bringing brand awareness to our targeted audiences.

As part of our Marketing department this includes the oversight of three (3) Directors of Community Services. This position will work collaboratively with the Chief Operating Officer, Campus Administrators, and Senior Leaders of Regency’s management company and will serve as the liaison for third-party marketing and advertising vendors.

Skills and Experience:

• 7+ years Digital Marketing Experience
• Great Writing and Communication Skills
• Email Marketing experience
• A good understanding of Social Media Advertising,
• Assisting with the development of digital marketing campaigns
• Ability to define Metrics/KPIs and build reportingframework to evaluate performance of paid and organic searches
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator, PhotoShop and Word Press
• Fundamental understanding of SEO best practices
