What You'll Do:

In response to our growing business needs, we are excited to announce the creation of a new position: Senior E-Commerce Data Analyst. This position will support a comprehensive e-commerce and customer analytics environment to allow business stakeholders to make data-driven decisions that support customer experience, sales, merchandising and online inventory management. The role supports the company strategic business planning process by developing and facilitating a robust business forecasting model.

This role works with key stakeholders in the E-Commerce, Digital Marketing and Business Unit (BU) teams to prioritize analytics activities and business use cases in line with business strategy. This role also works with Wilson’s parent company Amer’s DABI (Data Analytics and BI) teams to develop advanced analytical methods, including and not limited to LTV and multi-touch attribution, and ensures the quality of the data used.

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Synthesize data from various data sets including consumer database (CRM), web analytics, site performance, BI and others to uncover insights and deliver recommendations for improved conversion rate and revenue on Wilson’s websites in the US and EMEA. 
  • Mine and organize consumer data (AOV/LTV, engagement, feedback) to support business model development and execution. 
  • Develop forecast models for leading e-commerce KPIs. 
  • Lead the strategy and execution of A/B testing methodology aimed at improving engagement and conversion rate on key revenue-driving pages. Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to implement new layouts accordingly. 
  • Apply rigorous analysis methods and develop conclusions and recommendations to senior management and other business partners. 
  • Adapt existing and build new reporting dashboards to continuously evaluate KPIs. 
  • Analyze campaign/offers results; draw and incorporate insights and learnings into future campaigns. 
  • Develop revenue and margin analysis models and scenarios that drive strategy recommendations. 
  • Partner with various BU stakeholders to proactively identify opportunities that support DTC business strategy.

What We're Looking For:

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of experience in data analysis/reporting and performance marketing, preferably in an ecommerce environment. A Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or a related field is preferred.

Other qualifications include:

  • Advanced Excel and Adobe Analytics required, Power BI strongly preferred 
  • Experience in SAP, Hyperion, Jenkins, Salesforce, iPerceptions, Bazaarvoice, Adobe Report Builder and Magento preferred 
  • Strong mobile-first perspective; understands what drives conversion in a mobile environment 
  • Experience with multi-touch attribution and cross-device measurement strongly preferred 
  • Experience in consumer goods where marketing is a key driver of growth and success 
  • Experience with data visualization/story-telling techniques
