Responsible for developing and executing the Retirement Solutions marketing strategy in alignment with broader NTAM Strategic priorities with the ultimate goal of driving engagement with plan sponsors, consultants and advisors across Institutional and Intermediary channels. Act as primary liaison with team members and marketing/compliance teams to deliver highly engaging content in support of priority Investment Solutions Group initiatives. Bring creativity and high energy to the role providing new ideas to engage the audience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute on marketing strategy for Retirement Solutions and be the primary liaison with Compliance in getting approval for all content generated. 
  • Develop, update, customize, and assemble standard marketing or sales materials for client/prospect presentations or meetings. Maintain distribution of standard materials and thought leadership via SEISMIC, nt.com and Investment Institute platforms. 
  • Lead the coordination of internal and external parties including the vendor relationship in the production of quarterly fund fact sheets including; data transmission, processing, review and posting. 
  • Lead the development, execution and delivery of results of the Retirement Survey, a survey designed to deliver actionable steps to plan sponsors and advisors based on investor perspectives. 
  • Lead the coordination and development of results for the Top 50 DC plan benchmarking study. 
  • Assist in the ongoing maintenance and evolution of the wireframe and content for the retirement pages on nt.com and the Investment Institute website. 
  • Coordinate materials and logistics for webinars and seminars hosted by the Retirement Solutions and broader Investment Solutions team. 
  • Coordinate with Marketing to deliver quarterly newsletter to Institutional channel clients and prospects. 
  • Support Participant Engagement including participant communications including content development, fact sheets and webinars 
  • Assists with responses to requests for proposals and in developing routine fee proposals. 
  • Obtains competitor information for marketing research and sales staff as requested.

Knowledge/Skills:

  • Knowledge and experience marketing financial products and services in Institutional and or Intermediary channels. 
  • Research and analytical skills are required to interpret data on products and services. 
  • Creativity and writing skills are necessary to develop marketing materials. 
  • Personal computer skills, especially experience in Excel, Powerpoint and Adobe, are needed to develop the content.

Experience:

  • Required 7+ years of related asset management marketing experience 
  • Specific experience with retirement marketing within asset management preferred
