Coordinate and provide a wide range of creative services for all high-level institutional publications and promotional material. Assist with and oversee the digital design and print process of various departmental projects and ensure each is produced maintaining the highest quality and cost efficiency.

  1. Develops original ideas/concepts or collaborates with clients to achieve desired content and appearance; creates a wide scope of collateral to reach a various target audiences.
  2. Prepares all digital designs to be both print-ready and formatted for on-line use.
  3. Performs initial proof reading of copy/text for publications, ads and other promotional materials for instructional graphics requests (i.e., signage, banners, business cards, etc.).
  4. Responsible for completing assignments within tight deadlines in order to meet clients' needs/expectations, while maintain quality design standards and accuracy.
  5. Provide website design and content support.
  6. Maintains all digital files of current and completed jobs.
  7. Provides specifications sheets to printers for quotes, and maintains log of pricing.
  8. Makes deliveries/pick ups from various vendors when necessary.
  9. Performs and directs photo/video shoots when assigned.
  10. Serves on committees, along with other staff members and administrators, whenever creative standards are concerned or maintained.
  11. Coordinates and develop all institutional priority projects. Including but not limited to schedules, annual report, Connect Newsletter, catalog support, high-level admission items, ads, etc.
  12. Works with external printing services to print publications. To coordinate the print production process with external sources, which includes determining print specifications and obtaining a minimum of three prices in accordance with college purchasing procedures.
  13. Provides cost and time estimates for jobs.
  14. Supervisory responsibilities over hourly graphic design specialists and work-study students.
  15. Attends marketing meetings as determined by supervisor.
  16. Post as well as produce content for social media.
  17. Performs other job-related duties as assigned by supervisors.

Annual salary of $41,001.
