Senior Graphic Designer
Southeast Wisconsin
Pewaukee, WI

We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team! You’ll be responsible for developing creative concepts and visual assets for campaigns and projects across a wide variety of mediums, from print materials to social and digital ads, websites, and branding. You’ll work onsite while training then move to a hybrid or remote setup.

  • At least 5 years’ experience working as a graphic designer. Brownie points for previous agency experience. 
  • A strong and unique portfolio that showcases imagination and technical design skills, as well as creative problem-solving. 
  • The ability to work within well-established brand standards and design systems for existing clients. 
  • The internal vision to develop new creative styles and design standards for new clients, pitches, and proposals. 
  • Experience working from internal kickoff meetings, creative briefs, or provided design/project direction. 
  • Strong background in brainstorming, collaborating with a team, accepting creative direction, addressing feedback, and an expert at communicating design choices to internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite/Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. Bonus points for working knowledge of After Effects, Animate, and Premiere. 
  • Production art experience and the skills to prepare final files for print and digital vendors.
  • Attention to detail and time management skills, lots of empathy, a love for design and a good sense of humor.
