The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for creating original designs, planning production schedules,and managing all design projects from concept to delivery (digital and offline). Other responsibilities include creating original artwork and reviewing the drafts to ensure quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing all design elements, from the conception to final delivery 
  • Designing graphic content, illustrations, and infographics for case studies, landing pages, emails, collateral, etc 
  • Reviewing designers draft to ensure quality 
  • Generating fresh concepts while delivering brand 
  • Keeping up to date with industry developments 
  • Collaborating across the organization to drive up to standards of digital creativity

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Senior Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role 
  • 5-7+ years’ experience in marketing or advertising within a retail environment. 
  • 5-7+ years’ experience managing interactive projects in an online creative or related digital field. 
  • A general understanding of responsive/adaptive design, HTML5/CSS3, JavaScript 
  • Portfolio of completed design projects 
  • Hands-on experience with image editing software, like Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator 
  • Proficient in design software (e.g. InDesign and Balsamiq or wire-framing tools) 
  • Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts, and layouts 
  • Attention to visual details 
  • Ability to meet fierce deadlines and collaborate with a team 
  • BS degree in Design, Visual Arts, or relevant field 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Extremely solid problem-solving skills/techniques. 
  • Able to multi-task and manage multiple projects. 
  • Strong work ethic and high attention to detail 
  • Flexible, ability to work in a fast-pace team environment. 
  • Able to manage sensitive and confidential information. 
  • Self-motivated and able to take responsibility.
