We provide facilities and operations planning, environmental planning, and financial planning services to airport owners and operators, airlines, and federal and state aviation-related agencies. Our technical consulting and project management services encompass airport facilities planning, airport master planning, environmental planning, feasibility studies, other financial analyses, airfield and airspace analyses, and airport development programs, either on a project basis or as part of on-call consulting services.

Senior Graphic Designer

Under the direction of the Creative Services Director and in coordination with marketing and internal clients, this role provides graphic services and performs document production duties in accordance with company policies and procedures.


  • Collaborate with internal consulting and marketing teams on a variety of branded projects for marketing, client, and internal deliverables. 
  • Projects include print publications, presentations, brochures, collateral, exhibits, reports, proposals, and a variety of branded digital/print and promotional solutions. 
  • Deadline oriented and ability to multitask is critical. Coordinate functions with other personnel to meet company schedules. 
  • Regularly communicate with teams to report current project status, obtain any required content or project clarification, and update project timelines as needed. 
  • Working closely with the Creative Director, coordinate projects on a daily basis, adjusting priority, tracking projects, assigning projects to the design team. 
  • Maintain deadlines, prioritize project loads and communicate anticipated turn-around times.
  • Ensure the high-quality completion of all graphics/documents for marketing proposals, statement of qualifications, client reports, presentation boards, collateral, and other digital media, for final delivery. 
  • Coordinate print production with the finalized documents and other deliverables. 
  • Develop designs with current trends in mind and/or consistent with Ricondo and other client brands–prepare high quality presentations and maintain accuracy in content. Complete special projects as assigned. 
  • Executes design requests with accuracy and performs quality checks, including proofreading, visual adjustments, and attention to document details.


  • BS/BA in graphic design/visual communications preferred, or related experience required 
  • 7+ years of print and digital design and/or a portfolio that reflects similar experience.
  • Experience in website publishing and video a plus. 
  • Ability to estimate project times and problem solve design issues on a regular basis.
  • Technology: Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud applications – especially InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Extensive MS PowerPoint and Word experience, with the capability to establish templates. 
  • Extensive knowledge of design principles and processes related to print publications, presentations, brochures, collateral and other print and promotional solutions Lead design projects. 
  • Ability to work independently and on teams to collaborate to develop high quality graphics is a must. 
  • Familiar with client communication and service expectations in a deadline driven environment. 
  • Must be able to able to clearly articulate ideas and concepts: make recommendations, visually improve existing graphics, as well as develop new ideas to deliver alternatives.
  • Problem solve data, content and visual information to create graphics, ads, infographics, collateral, digital images, web graphics, printed formats, presentations, and updateexisting documents.
