Create and produce graphic design and layout recommendations for external and internal visual communications such as brochures, info sheets, ads, whitepapers, case studies, web banners, presentations, tradeshow booth graphics, social media graphics, and more. The Senior Graphic Designer works under general supervision, but to a great extent independently, monitoring established company procedures and taking an active role in pursuing opportunities to improve the quality and efficiency of design team output.
The Senior Graphic Designer must possess an advanced knowledge of corporate branding, layout, and production techniques and processes for digital and print media, to deliver a positive engagement with designed materialsto achieve desired business solutions. Must be capable of multitasking, and working with internal clients to refine and improve the design work, and be comfortable providing design and branding guidance as a collaborative team member and advisor. Must be comfortable working independently, evaluating feedback from stakeholders and probing for additional insights. Collaborates with the Design Manager, providing input and helping to interpret brand strategy and employ improvements. Occasionally oversees other designers’ work and provides overall creative and brand support to the design team. Must be an expert at understanding and maintaining the corporate brand and its evolution.
