Senior Graphic Designer

SRH is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our growing team.

Are you an experienced designer with an adventurous spirit and an instinctive eye for detail? A team player who shares a continuous enthusiasm for craft and collaboration? Someone who attacks a round of creative concepts like Cookie Monster with a box of Chips Ahoy?

We’re a 10-year-old, award-winning agency that builds brands and creates high performing ad campaigns. Our work space is anti-stuffy and pro-bananas, located in Milwaukee’s coolest, coffee-est neighborhood, Walker’s Point.

You'll play a pivotal role in bringing our brands and campaigns to life. Under the direction of our Creative Directors you'll translate concepts into captivating visuals that grow distinction for our clients. From billboards, video, social, digital to print, you'll get to work in a variety of mediums and contribute to a variety of projects.

• A strong portfolio that showcases your creative vision and demonstrates your ability to translate ideas into compelling designs.
• An ability to think outside the box (while still acknowledging the box, and even celebrating the box on occasion).
• A deep understanding of design principles and the ability to articulate and apply them in fresh ways.
• A willingness to experiment and take risks and the drive to continuously improve your skills.

This postion requires:

• Relevant agency experience as a designer
• Experience with final production efforts and best practices
• The ability to work autonomously and be accountable to teams and deadlines is a must
• Live in the Milwaukee Metro area 
• References upon request
