The Sr. Manager, Brand Integration is passionate about building an enduring brand. This role will require an insatiably curious, innovative brand strategist who can connect insights to unique brand differentiators. He/she will proactively lead brand strategy development and execution, advertising and media plans, sponsorships and brand integration efforts in collaboration with the broader NorthShore marcom team and organization.
Reporting to the Director, Brand Strategy, he/she will collaborate closely with senior leaders on the marcom team and the organization to ensure brand strategy alignment. Indirect influence of and collaboration with other key organizational leaders is also necessary for success in this position.
This highly cross-functional role requires both strategic and tactical execution. It will require someone who is able balance the science and art of brand strategy, is curious, highly collaborative, and works to be a little better every day.
