You Will:
Lead the development of strategic internal communications, company communications programs, and local external and crisis communications for the Grainger's Global Supply Chain and Customer Experience (GSC&CE) teams which include the company's North American distribution centers, branches and customer service centers.
Manage audiences and partners simultaneously, while working collaboratively with leaders and team members in different positions from Executive leadership to the company's non-exempt team member base. Support the highest priority and most complex communications for the GSC & CE organization. You will report to Director, Internal Communications.
