Position Overview:

The Senior Manager, Creative Services Operations is a key member of the Entrust Global Brand team responsible for effectively managing creative resources so the team can deliver best in class campaigns and assets that are on time, on brand and on budget. You will be responsible for championing creative excellence and managing an in-house creative services team of writers and designers to ensure fresh, innovative assets will captivate/motivate our target audiences. You are extremely detail oriented and organized, have a great understanding of marketing, campaign planning and creative. You have an eye for detail and a passion for creativity.

Responsibilities:

  • Champion and oversee the Entrust in-house creative services team 
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to inspire the team to take pride of ownership and accountability 
  • Partner with corporate-wide stakeholders (events, brand marketing, revenue marketing, digital, PR, channel, sales) to define creative strategies and tactics that align with marketing objectives 
  • Serve as a hands-on manager, partnering with creative colleagues to develop effective creative assets in support of marketing or business objectives 
  • Identify inefficiencies and offer solutions to processes, and workflow 
  • Maintain an active creative projects dashboard and monitor all creative activities 
  • Establish a process for reporting on creative’s performance and the success of deliverables, including but not limited to timesheet review, report on actuals vs planned hours, monthly utilization reports, 
  • Anticipate resource needs, manage the budget and resource planning when working with external vendors and contractors 
  • Review, prioritize, and communicate the weekly/monthly/quarterly creative resource requests, working closely with the business units based on project scopes and to evaluate and assign best team/person makeup for assigned projects/campaigns 
  • Lead process improvement projects and standardize best practices to drive increased efficiencies 
  • Ensure internal teams provide the right brief and are provided proper expectations on delivery of projects

Basic Qualifications:

  • University/College diploma/degree in Marketing, Design, Project management or applicable field. 
  • 7+ years’ experience in a similar role in a creative services or professional services environment 
  • Equally skilled in people, projects and process management 
  • Ability to work cross departmentally with key stakeholders in problem solving 
  • Passion for creativity 
  • Customer focused and data-driven 
  • Ability to excel in an ever changing and fast-paced team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture 
  • Progressive perspective on how to develop a thriving creative/production services department 
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills; fostering a close relationship with the creative team is essential 
  • Strong business acumen for delivery, operational efficiencies and procedures
