Stella & Chewy’s, one of the fastest growing premium pet food companies, is looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager , focused on performance. The Senior Digital Manager will be a major leader in driving growth and evolution of the digital properties of Stella & Chewy’s. The ideal candidate is insightful, collaborative, has strong analytical prowess, is able to work in fast-paced/high-energy environment and has a passion for pets (and the people around them). Reporting to the Sr. Director of Digital Marketing this role is a high-impact position and an incredible opportunity to accelerate growth with a rapidly growing organization.

  • Lead strategic digital acquisition growth across paid, owned and earned channels to provide maximum, scalable digital marketing performance.
  • Manage acquisition efforts for digital marketing channels inclusive of search (SEO/SEM), influencer, affiliate, online video (OLV), native, email, display and social channels.
  • Redefine and manage paid (SEM) and organic search marketing (SEO) to stimulate online growth and conversion.
  • Own multi-faceted paid social media advertising efforts to ensure maximum performance across KPIs inclusive of accomplishing strong lead generation.
  • Lead influencer and partnership acquisition strategy to drive brand awareness and introduce new pet parents to the brand.
  • Partner with the brand and creative teams to plan and implement paid digital content to ensure a positive, cohesive brand experience across channels.
  • Drive trial and lead generation for online initiatives with a focus on revenue growth and optimal ROAS.
  • Drive testing, optimization and analysis across all marketing programs to track ROI and areas for new investments, including new and emerging channels.
  • Be the channel lead with paid media agency to manage priorities, identify opportunities, define success metrics and the paid budget effectively with a focus on KPI performance.
  • Analyze key performance data to improve digital efficiency, maintain a low acquisition cost and provide insights to continuously evolve the acquisition strategy across the paid and organic mix.
  • Partner across the marketing team to continuously drive a best-in-class pet parent experience and stimulate advocacy and engagement with the brand.
  • Be a leader within the organization and be able to manage 1-5 direct reports with a focus on successfully driving the brand into the digital future.
  • 10+ years’ experience with an emphasis on digital content and performance marketing for a consumer company, ideally a CPG brand.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required (Marketing or Business-related field preferred). MBA or master’s in business-related field a bonus.
  • Highly knowledgeable and passionate about digital marketing planning and analytic tools (AdWords, Google Analytics, Facebook Advertising)
  • Advanced analytical and critical thinking skills with experience analyzing data and translating into actionable insights.
  • Insight and passion for emerging technologies that drive performance. Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with the ability to shift priorities to meet rapidly evolving business needs.
  • A strong and positive leader with ability to manage.
  • A passion for pets and comfortable working around dogs. 

Successful candidate should be located in the Greater Milwaukee or Greater Chicago area and must be willing to commute to the office a minimum of 2 days a week.
