The Senior Manager, Global Corporate Communications, is responsible for developing and executing global communications strategies and programs that enable robust internal culture and empower continual internal engagement across the enterprise. Reporting to the Senior Director of Global Corporate Communications and overseeing a small team of communications professionals, this role will partner with high-level internal stakeholders on a range of projects and programming that help nurture the Company’s high-touch culture and its Mission-driven Legacy. This role is heavily focused on internal communications; however, the right candidate will have the drive and ambition to identify and execute strategic external communications opportunities that align with company strategy and fit the Mission and Vision of the company. The Senior Manager, Global Corporate Communications, is a highly visible, hands-on position that supports Company leadership, Global Corporate Communications, Human Resources and other internal teams. Accordingly, the successful candidate should be adaptable, able to juggle multiple inputs simultaneously, shift gears quickly, remain comfortable under pressure, and live out the Hollister Immutable Principles of Dignity of the Person, Service, Integrity and Stewardship.
