We are seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing Capabilities to
play a critical role in driving the future of marketing competency and
capability across our +$22B North American business.
Reporting to the Director, Creative Effectiveness &
Capabilities, you will be responsible for building, scaling, and embedding key
marketing capabilities across the North America Zone, aligning with our 10 Year
Strategy, Brand Growth System and Global Marketing Competencies Framework. You
will design and implement tools, processes, and learning programs – partnering
closely with our Global Marketing, Capabilities, and Learning teams – to
elevate marketing best practices, embed 360 marketing mindset and capabilities,
and foster a culture of full-funnel marketing excellence.
This role requires collaboration with various across a broad
set of stakeholders, including brand teams, insights, innovation, media,
external agencies, and other cross-functional partners. Your work will
strengthen core marketing capabilities, drive brand growth and fuel business
success.
New Hire Base Salary Range:
$118,400.00 – $148,000.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based
bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related
knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
