Position Details:
The Senior Manager, Marketing Customer Strategy leads a team responsible for driving a set of targeted mid-funnel customer objectives through multichannel marketing programs.
This role is responsible for synthesizing business strategy of aligned efforts associated to Customer Strategy & Marketing (CSM) objectives. Owns business partner relationships. Provides strategic insight on priorities and capabilities that would evolve Grainger’s Customer Strategy objective and KPIs. Develops processes, criteria, and governance cross-functionally to break down barriers, improve strategic marketing program output and executes against specialized strategies at scale. Manages a set of business partner relationships with aligned key strategy to enable support of marketing business strategy across customer objectives.
You will be reporting to Sr. Director, Targeted Marketing and Orchestration.
