Biolife Plasma LLC is seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing Science with the following duties: develop and execute marketing measurement frameworks such as Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA) using regression models to optimize media spend; conduct data-driven analyses and interpret large-scale datasets using SQL, Python, and Tableau to refine advertising strategies based on Click-Through Rate (CTR), Cost Per Click (CPC), Cost Per Thousand Impressions (CPM), and Return on Investment (ROI) metrics; implement website tracking tags and conduct split testing (A/B testing) using Google Tag Manager, CrazyEgg, and Optimizely to optimize website performance; develop and maintain automated data pipelines and visualization dashboards using Tableau and other tools to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs); perform market research and competitive analysis to identify user pain points, assess consumer behavior, and inform strategic brand positioning, pricing strategies, and promotional plans; provide data-driven recommendations for social media and digital marketing strategies by analyzing campaign performance, audience behavior, and engagement metrics across social media and marketing platforms; lead strategic initiatives to improve marketing data and analytics capabilities by partnering with data scientists, IT, and consultants to develop advanced models and dashboards that support business objectives. Up to 3% domestic travel required. Up to 20% remote work allowed.

REQUIREMENTS: 

Master’s degree in Integrated Marketing Communications, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or related field, plus 7 years of related experience. Prior experience must include: develop Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) techniques and apply multivariate regression models to analyze marketing performance; use SQL and Python to analyze omni-channel media spend and generate actionable insights for advertising strategies; design analytics platforms, including KPI dashboards, to provide real-time reporting and performance tracking using Tableau; implement website tracking tags using Google Tag Manager and conduct A/B testing with tools including CrazyEgg and Optimizely to optimize website performance; conduct market research and competitor analysis to assess consumer behavior and inform product and pricing strategies; provide actionable insights to optimize omnichannel media investments, analyzing metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, and ROI; collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, data scientists, developer team, and external consultants, to design and implement advanced models and dashboards that drive business decision making.

Full time. $145,000 to $242,800 per year. Competitive compensation and benefits.

The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
