Senior Manager of Customer Marketing & Trade Analytics
Northern Illinois
Lake Forest, IL

We are searching for a Senior Manager of Customer Marketing to join our team located at our headquarters in Lake Forest, IL.

Your Role:

As a Senior Manager of Customer Marketing and Trade Analytics, you will be responsible for providing analytics, insights, direction and funding/budgetary control regarding the implementation of trade promotional programs for retail customers. You will have the opportunity to:

  • Analyze category, competitive & retail conditions in the market and provide recommendations to further drive the business results 
  • Collaboratively work with Sales teams to develop annual trade promotional plans maximizing trade investment and sales/share growth 
  • Analyze and track trade funds to ensure spending within budget, ensure alignment with BU guidelines and identify business opportunities 
  • Partner with Marketing team to develop trade programs aligning with Marketing Plans and driving sales/share growth

We need you to have:

  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration or a related field 
  • 10+ years of sales analytics, sales, sales support, trade management, or product management experience 
  • Background in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry 
  • Experience analyzing Nielsen and IRI syndicated data 
  • Excellent capabilities in Microsoft Office and SAP

  • MBA or another advanced degree 
  • Prior project management experience
