Senior Manager, Shopper Marketing

We believe in working with great people like you! As the Senior Manager of Shopper Marketing, you will be a critical member of the Integrated Marketing team for Kellogg’s. We’re looking for a strong player who can lead the integration of media and in store merchandising across Mass Channel retailers, including internal and external alignment on strategies and plan.

In this cross-functional role, you will collaborate with Commercial, Sales, Brand, Creative Agencies, Retailer Media Teams and the Integrated Marketing team on all aspects of media activation; communicating the plan and results of the media strategy. You would have full Shopper Marketing responsibilities for Target.

  • Leading the media plan across Walmart and Target - Aligning in store merchandising priorities to advertise through customer platforms 
  • Drive ROI - Focusing on activations that support merchandising efforts tied to brand and commercial strategies while managing within category budgets 
  • Plan and align an annual calendar with both category and sales to best optimize commercial priorities, national media budgets, and customer merchandising investments 
  • Lead the creative agency with commercial aligned creative that will maximize results 
  • Build an activation plan within budget parameters that delivers on commercial priorities and profitability goals 
  • Be the face of marketing with the customer supporting sales efforts across categories and communicate overall plans both internally and externally to drive engagement and support



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or Marketing
  • Extensive experience with sales and customer relationships, marketing/media activation
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders, work effectively with cross-functional teams and use influence to meet deliverables
  • Vendor management with ability to delegate responsibility to partners, provide work direction and ensure quality standards
  • CPG brand marketing or some combination of brand or shopper marketing, and market research, category management
  • Strong project, budget, and agency management skills and experience

  • MBA in Marketing 
  • Experience in a Sales environment 
  • Experience in CPG or Food Manufacturing
