We are seeking a Senior Marketer to join Thomson Reuters’ Print Marketing team. In this role you will develop and manage integrated, multi-channel marketing strategies for our North American and European markets, defining new opportunities and initiatives.

You will report to the Director of Print Marketing and will collaborate and work closely with internal partners, Demand Center of Excellence, and teammates.

Responsibilities:

  • Reimage our Customers’ Experience and be Customer Obsessed with how our marketing campaigns come to life and how our customers interact with our online experience 
  • Develop integrated go-to-market plans, includes development of campaigns across direct marketing, online, multi-channel and other marketing channels 
  • Leverage reporting capabilities and partner with data analysts to monitor specific performance metrics and suggest appropriate modifications to online channel to improve the customer experience and sales results 
  • Partner with our website optimization team to identify opportunities for tests, personalization tactics, and optimizations to improve core website functionality and digital campaign assets 
  • Foster strong working relationships with our Print business partners and our internal Marketing organization 
  • Provide guidance to marketing stakeholders and work as a liaison with groups such as UX, development, operations, and analytics to plan initiatives across digital channels 
  • Manage budge/financials 
  • Partner with marketing contacts to develop product knowledge and understanding of brand strategies and consumer/persona insights, attitude, and behaviors 
  • Act as the catalyst for digital transformation, promoting cross-functional focus on customer experience 
  • Recognize emerging digital technologies, approaches, and strategies; assess these opportunities 
  • Perform other duties as needed

Skills and Experience:

  • Degree in marketing or related field 
  • 5-7 years of direct marketing experience 
  • Depth of knowledge in digital marketing industry and trends 
  • Digital campaign planning and website management/optimization experience preferred 
  • Ability to strategically think and lead others, connect the dots appropriately, and manage projects with great attention to detail 
  • Confident in making decisions and ability to seek out appropriate input and buy-in from managers and partners within the company 
  • Exceptional ability to foster working relationships and build partnerships resulting in successful outcomes 
  • Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to present and communicate complex information to various levels within the organization
