Role: Senior Analyst - Marketing – Base + Innovation & Renovation

Reporting to a Brand Manager- the Sr. Analyst is an integral part of a brand team. The responsibilities of the Sr. Analyst are well-rounded and specifically designed to build marketing fundamentals including analytical- strategic- team leadership and interpersonal skills as well as commercialization and overall business acumen.

Key Components of the role:

  • Contribute to development and execution of the Annual Operating Plan for respective categories 
  • Manage advertising and promotional budgets. 
  • Analyze and report business performance (market share - volume and revenue trends and drivers - competitive performance) and assist in driver-based business forecast modelling 
  • Develop solid relationships with cross-functional teams and steer project management commercialization tasks through stage gate process 
  • Support and administer development of brand/product innovation through current and alternative brands - including 360 marketing plan 
  • Provide recommendations on future brands and products based on broader competitive set 
  • Partner with Sales to identify business opportunities and develop strategic customer programs

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business - Economics - Mathematics - Finance (Marketing emphasis preferred) 
  • 2 - 3 years of experience (prior experience in marketing preferred) 
  • Ability to synthesize data and form rational conclusions 
  • Accurate and timely reporting with drive to improve and streamline processes 
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail - including forecasting - consumption analysis - syndicated data analysis - or P&L understanding 
  • Excellent organizational skills - self-starter and ability to meet deadlines and balance competing priorities 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Ability to lead teams and excellent interpersonal skills 
  • Enthusiasm for consumer marketing
