Senior Marketing & Communications Specialist
Southeast Wisconsin
Oconomowoc, WI

The ideal candidate will have experience creating and implementing strategic marketing plans. Rogers is looking for a Senior Marketing and Communications Specialist to support marketing initiatives for our growing network of outpatient clinics nationwide. Primary focus will be development of marketing initiatives and assets to increase brand awareness and connect people to life-changing mental health treatment in the communities we serve.

  • Develops strategic and tactical marketing communications plans to support locations and service lines.
  • Partners with marketing, outreach, and operations leadership to define target markets, assess needs and service quality characteristics, and formulates marketing plans to meet those needs.
  • Manages the design, content, and edits advertising to the community 
  • Responsible for evaluating marketing effectiveness through identified metrics and communicating with stakeholders.
  • Collaborates with Marketing and Communications team on website, social media, media relations, and internal communication needs 
  • Writes marketing collateral material, ads, and presentations/speeches as needed. 
  • Partners with contracted vendors and other partners as assigned 
  • Coordinates media channel (print, direct mail, radio, social media, pod casts, digital) selections and placement.

Partners with Events and Education

  • Lead to support events for new programs and locations, and employee-related events, such as open houses.
  • Manages special projects as assigned by Marketing Director and VP.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred.
  • 7+ years of marketing experience.
  • Experience creating and implementing marketing plans.
  • Excellent vocabulary, grammar, and proofreading skills.
  • Familiarity with design software.
  • Proficiency in use of Microsoft software is required. 
  • Behavioral Health or Health Care marketing would be great, but is not required.
  • Must be fully vaccinated for Covid unless approved for a medical or religious exemption.
