  • Develop project plans to meet objectives; assist in the development of strategic marketing plans; track, measure, and report on results 
  • Coordinate and execute a wide range of marketing tactics and initiatives to support strategic marketing plans 
  • Work closely with the marketing senior manager, service leaders, partners, subject matter experts, and other marketing team members to implement marketing and sales initiatives 
  • Utilize InDesign, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Salesforce.com, and other software and tools to execute high quality work 
  • Coordinate and execute activities to support demand generation, thought leadership promotion, sponsorships, special events, seminars, webinars, trade show exhibits, meet-and-greet socials, advertising, public relations, and internal communications 
  • Conduct online research of specific companies, target lists, competitors, industry niches, and thought leadership topics 
  • Assist marketing manager in maintaining current practice-specific proposal and presentation content, website content, collateral, templates, and other sales-supporting materials 
  • Assist in the tracking of results and marketing return on objective 
  • Assist with public relations opportunities. 
  • Help generate thought leadership and story ideas, monitor competitive news, and develop specialized strategies for communicating other events 
  • Ensure work is error-free and meets the Baker Tilly brand guidelines
  • Provide other marketing support as needed 
  • Participate in marketing taskforces and special projects 
  • Maintain and expand knowledge base in area of expertise 
  • Participate in professional organizations, independent study, etc. 
  • Integrate new knowledge, skills, and best practices into daily work and share with colleagues as appropriate 
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or related field 
  • Minimum of three (3) years of marketing project planning and execution experience required, professional services environment preferred 
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe InDesign, Salesforce.com, business-related social media, and Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel 
  • General understanding of digital marketing and marketing automation concepts 
  • Must work well in a collaborative and fast-paced environment 
  • High-level verbal and written communication skills required 
  • Strong attention to detail is essential 
  • Requires professionalism, diplomacy, organization, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple project requests simultaneously in a timely manner, as well as the ability to work with all levels of management
