Are you experienced at creating internal marketing campaigns to foster the adoption of digital workplace technology?

The Senior Marketing Consultant executes marketing integration and content efforts throughout the organization to maximize the engagement of the workforce (field and home office) with technology-related initiatives. Responsible for managing multiple integrated marketing programs designed to support Digital Workplace strategic initiatives. Executing marketing and content strategies will involve the coordinated delivery of content across multiple channels and alignment with stakeholders across the enterprise.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute and deliver integrated marketing materials for assigned initiatives. 
  • Develop and direct multiple results-oriented integrated marketing campaigns designed to support Digital Workplace strategic initiatives, backed by success metrics, while creating awareness and driving adoption of technology capabilities for the home office and field. 
  • Collaborate with Corporate Communications and Field/Employee Experience teams to ensure alignment with strategic, key corporate messages and priorities. 
  • Research internal markets, demographics, trends, usage results, and other data related to Digital Workplace products and services. 
  • Analyze insights data and create detailed reports to guide the creation of new marketing plans and strategies. 
  • Working independently, manage internal projects and updates to existing processes and provide marketing consulting services to technology groups. 
  • Direct and create messaging and creative design for marketing deliverables for assigned initiatives. 
  • Keep marketing initiatives on track, on time and on budget. 
  • Act as marketing SME and resource for Digital Workplace team. 
  • Develop measurement programs to evaluate campaign success.

Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business or a related field. 
  • Eight-plus years of experience executing marketing programs through traditional, social and digital marketing channels. Specific expertise with internal or external marketing of technology products desired. 
  • Strong understanding of marketing concepts and the role of marketing in positioning products and increasing awareness. 
  • Excellent consultative and project management skills. 
  • Ability to articulate, promote, and execute upon a vision and program plan. 
  • Must demonstrate a strong customer focus. 
  • Familiarity with leading change in the technology space. 
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to track and analyze usage and make recommendations. 
  • Desire to work in a dynamic, fast paced, collaborative environment. 
  • Exceptional written and oral communications skills and ability to tell a story that translates tech jargon into simple, actionable ideas. 
  • Experience and demonstrated understanding of message development in support of a brand. 
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate, build constructive relationships and exercise diplomacy and creativity in providing service to internal clients at all levels. 
  • Experience directing and executing creative design and collateral. 
  • High-degree of self-motivation, initiative in sharing information, contributing toward group goals, and being accountable for results. 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, graphic design and video applications, and measurement reporting tools.

This job is not covered by the existing Collective Bargaining Agreement.
