Senior Marketing Coordinator

Ryan Companies is looking for a detail-oriented, proactive problem-solver to help coordinate and execute regional internal and external marketing efforts including proposals, events, site marketing, and communications. As a member of the regional marketing team, you’ll collaborate with marketers across the U.S. and colleagues across sector and service areas. The right candidate will be ready to dig in, ask questions, and approach challenges from a solutions-driven mindset.

Success in the Senior Marketing Coordinator role requires drive and disciplined organizational skills, timely and consistent communication, and stellar attention to detail while balancing multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines at any given time.

Qualified candidates will:

  • Build timelines and schedules for multi-faceted projects with the support of a project management tool 
  • Lead a wide array of projects and collaborate with team members to keep workflow on track 
  • Act as a liaison that connects team members across the company to help get projects across the finish line 
  • Ensure all team members have the information they need through clear and helpful communication 
  • Proactively identify challenges and approach them with an analytical, can-do attitude to find a solution that leads to a successful result for all parties 
  • Take a hands-on approach to create new deliverables and update existing marketing materials utilizing Adobe templates and provided content 
  • Support pursuit process including design, develop and write RFQ/RFP responses 
  • Provide a second set of eyes to ensure consistency and accuracy across multiple platforms and channels 
  • Have a four-year degree and be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
