Senior Marketing Manager, Brand and Content

The Senior Marketing Manager, Brand and Content will take our global brand and activate it locally. The Sr. Manager is our primary storyteller and will craft a value proposition that resonates with urgency and bring it to life through physical point of sale collaterals and digital media.

She/He will work closely with our creative teams to plan and capture photography and videography that animates the story and can be used across our communication channels.


  • Leads a team of five to eight and works collaboratively with other marketing teams locally and globally 
  • Develop a deep understanding of our customers such that you can refine our value proposition and communicate it clearly and through the right channels 
  • Tell our brand story through physical and digital channels in our offices and online 
  • Develop and manage a national public relations and awards platform 
  • Launch new products with clear value propositions focused on end users, communicated clearly and consistently across advertising and sales tools for our bilingual audience 
  • Manage and deliver amazing and memorable customer events 
  • Plan, Execute, Measure, Improve, Repeat


  • Minimum of 6 years related marketing experience 
  • Entrepreneurial spirit – Driven to win – Willing to fail 
  • Product launch experience 
  • Past leadership experience of a large and cross functional team 
  • Clear and compelling communications 
  • Up to 15% travel 
  • Experience working in a creative role at an agency is a plus
