Alter Domus is currently seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team at our Chicago, IL office.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Oversee the North America marketing budget; 
  • Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans; 
  • Planning and implementing promotional campaigns; 
  • Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results; 
  • Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity in North America; 
  • Prepare online and print marketing campaigns; 
  • Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications; 
  • Create a wide range of different marketing materials; 
  • Work closely with global marketing team, design agencies and Corporate communication and PR manager; 
  • Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives; 
  • Analyze potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing; and 
  • Manage the US event manager thus indirectly responsible for the success of any planned events (clients events/ conferences).

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Undergraduate degree in Marketing (or similar) with high academic achievement; 
  • 3-5+ years of experience of relevant experience in a fast-paced financial services firm and sound knowledge of alternative investments; 
  • Proactive, outgoing, positive personality with strong verbal, written and conversational communication skills; 
  • Outstanding organization, project management, problem solving, and attention to detail; 
  • Proven ability to learn quickly, adapt and develop new ideas and creative solutions to problems; and 
  • Possess team spirit, a capacity to build strong client relationships and take initiative to act without waiting for direction.
