Aladtec is a leading provider of workforce management software to Public Safety departments. We serve hometown heroes within EMS, Fire, Police, Dispatch, and Healthcare departments throughout North America. We’re seeking a skilled marketing professional to lead our marketing team and help drive our future growth. The ideal candidate should be a customer-centric, strategic, and out-of-the-box thinker. This position reports directly to our Executive Vice President.

Responsibilities:

  • Create marketing strategies that improve brand recognition, deliver consistent marketing messages, drive growth, and help attain business goals 
  • Create and disseminate compelling content such as press releases, e-newsletters, customer reports, journal articles, white papers, etc.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with media, industry influencers, strategic partners, and key customers 
  • Provide oversight for marketing team members who provide branding, advertising copy, graphic design, social media, content development, web publishing, photography, videography, and tradeshow facilitation 
  • Collaborate with Sales to develop lead generation and sales funnel progression 
  • Develop and manage marketing campaigns for all products and industry niches 
  • Provide direction for brand presence across all touchpoints 
  • Develop and maintain KPIs for all marketing tactics to assess ROI and aid in prioritization of activities and budget 
  • SEO and SEM

Education and Experience Required:

  • Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent experience 
  • Five years marketing experience 
  • Three years of leadership experience 
  • Deep expertise across the broad spectrum of marketing media and tactics, especially digital 
  • Strong written and persuasive skills; expertise in creating, reviewing and editing written communication; ad layout; the ability to present complicated information effectively

This is a full-time on-site position located at our River Falls, WI office (only 30 minutes from St Paul, MN).

Qualified applicants may be subject to a background check and must be eligible to work in the U.S. Candidates must have their own transportation and valid driver’s license.
