Position Details

Senior Marketing Manager
Northwest Wisconsin
Stevens Point, WI

Seeking a senior marketing manager to drive our content and digital marketing strategies that support and grow our e-commerce travel insurance business. The ideal candidate has proven experience driving profitable online growth and leading businesses into new and innovative marketing channels, and has demonstrated success managing external agency resources, and digital brand consistency; has a natural curiosity for new marketing innovation, and loves to learn and use new features, platforms, and channels, to optimize marketing efficiencies.

The position is located in our Stevens Point office with a required 4 days in office, flex 1 day.


  • Oversee reporting and optimization of all digital channels including but not limited to Paid Search, SEO, Display, Paid Social, Digital Video, email acquisition, etc.
  • Manage digital performance and content strategy agencies, being the day-to-day contact while also directing and managing strategy.
  • Identify content opportunities that drive organic optimization while also engaging our customers – work with a content strategy agency to bring these to life following data-driven best practices.
  • Manage the paid budget according to business goals and KPIs, being able to identify and consult on incremental opportunities and manage up as needed.
  • Identify additional marketing channel opportunities that are relevant to the business (not limited to CTV, digital audio streaming, etc.) and develop a test & learn roadmap in collaboration with the performance agency.
  • Manage our retention and acquisition email programs and identify new opportunities to optimize lifetime customer engagement through digital and traditional marketing strategies.
  • A Bachelor’s in marketing, business administration, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in developing SEO content strategies and optimizing an online business presence.
  • Experience managing external agencies and their execution of campaigns and campaign management to align with business strategy.
  • Experience with analytical and reporting tools; Google Analytics experience preferred.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work with various business and functional teams – excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Critical thinker with the ability to evaluate new media plans, push back, and evolve the plan as needed, pitching new ideas and initiatives that will drive performance.
  • Willingness to learn new platforms and make suggestions on marketing tech and ops efficiencies.
