The Senior Marketing Manager will have the opportunity to collaborate with the SecureFutures’ team to plan, develop and execute organization wide marketing strategies and targeted program and development marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to plan, develop and execute the comprehensive marketing strategy for SecureFutures and its’ three programs, Money Sense, Money Coach and Money Path 
  • Work together with cross-functional teams to update and ensure consistent messaging and branding on all marketing platforms, including digital advertising, email marketing, website, social media, newsletters and collateral 
  • Lead, manage and track email marketing campaigns to multiple audiences 
  • Prepare marketing materials for speaking engagements, events, and other organization activities as needed 
  • Analyze key performance indicators to track the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and coordinate data collection to continuously improve marketing strategy 
  • Coordinate and manage outside vendors as needed, such as graphic designers, web developers, videographers, photographers and printers 
  • In coordination with leadership, plan, attend and participate in Marketing and Communication Committee meetings

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field 
  • 5+ years experience in a marketing role

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • A positive, collaborative, and interactive approach to working with diverse and cross-functional teams. 
  • Desire to learn, explore, and problem solve to continuously improve processes and results.
  • Take initiative and works with minimal supervision 
  • Strong analytical and project management skills 
  • Highly organized and detailed oriented, yet flexible, innovative and creative 
  • Experience in creating and executing marketing and communication plans reflecting brand strategy, consistent messaging and organizational goals 
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) or similar products 
  • Experience with or ability to learn CRM systems (Salesforce) and email platforms (Pardot) 
  • Requires limited local travel

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000
