The Senior Marketing Product Manager primary responsibility is to drive innovation and new product development processes across market segments for the organization, strategic lifecycle product management/portfolio management, execute product changes throughout the product lifecycle, manage the maintenance of current product portfolios, and process around sunsetting/obsolesces of products.
- Drive performance by overseeing product/portfolio management to position Andis as the leading brand in the market through insight driven recommendations to build a long-term product roadmap for each channel.
- Collaborate with internal teams to help drive new product development process.
- Develop, conduct, and utilize market research to learn customer needs, desires, and competitor information as well as technology trends.
- Create go-to market plans and activities in coordination and alignment with marketing communications team for new product introductions and maintenance and promotion of existing product lines.
The Senior Marketing Manager will manage our product marketing team through coaching, leading, and setting the vision for the associates within the department.
