The Senior Marketing Specialist is responsible for the development and execution of marketing plans and tactics, for DEI, Talent Brand, Community Accountability partners, Internal Communications and Awards.
Utilizing marketing expertise with a focus on metrics that drive success, you will be responsible for working directly with the leadership to understand priorities and strategic objectives. By gaining a practical understanding of the businesses supported, at an industry and market level, you will be able to quickly identify marketing opportunities that support partner business line objectives. Need to have the ability to manage the execution of the strategic and tactical plans that have been developed in support of the annual business objectives, balancing competing priorities and changing conditions across the organization.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal marketing partners and other support stakeholders including: Operations/IT, Legal/Compliance and other Marketing support functions (Creative Services, e-Commerce, etc.) Key responsibilities also include managing the development of and tracking goals and objectives for individual campaigns, working with business line to correlate marketing programs.
