Responsibilities and Duties Include and Not Limited to:

  • Provide excellent support and management of marketing projects. This includes and not limited to: familiarity with website CMS, learning SEO best practices, updating product descriptions/pricing, creating metatags for SEO purposes, uploading new images, and general updates on a regular basis. 
  • Working with the product management and sales team, develop sales tools to support sales activities as well as ensure all product information is accurate in sales collateral, tech materials, website, and marketing materials. 
  • Execute strategy and tactics within marketing plans around new product launch activities by driving and/or supporting creative direction. This may include the management of technical and produced video productions. 
  • Be a thought leader and engage in market research activities. 
  • Event support management for defined local and global shows. This includes and not limited to: planning, promotions/giveaways, sourcing, logistics, media interaction and social media campaigns, etc. 
  • Aid in the development of defined media plans; advertising, awards, and product seeding support.
  • Drive recommended, planned and organic social media posts to fit within the social media strategy. 
  • Support and manage defined sponsored athletes by obtaining content for social media and customer-driven activities.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm new, innovative ways to go to market.
  • Manage internal product displays so product showcase and product cards are relevant to current product offering.
  • Assist with the development and deployment of internal events and communications. 
  • Define and execute relevant benchmark studies. 
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Project Management is required, or a minimum of 4-6 years’ experience. Experience in marketing bicycle products/services is preferred.
