Responsibilities:
Own supplemental health marketing collateral geared towards employees of large employers.
- Identify new collateral and maintain existing materials to drive employee education, enrollment, and utilization of the products.
- Drive coordination and cohesion of materials with life and other voluntary products
- Quickly learn tools – Workfront, compliance software, Salesforce Marketing Cloud – for the development and execution of materials.
- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation of supplemental health messages and materials.
Manage high-volume book of clients.
- Develop and deliver marketing strategies for clients to create awareness, drive enrollment, and engage employees in supplemental health and life products.
- Develop and deliver client presentation to human resources professionals and employees.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams including account management, to partner on client meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to influence and advise on marketing strategies.
Develop product knowledge to deeply understand Securian products and solutions and the benefits they provide.
- Partner with product and solutions owners, to be an expert on supplemental health products and processes bringing knowledge to the team.
- Facilitate team training to infuse product knowledge across the team.
- Leverage product knowledge, along with marketing acumen to create compelling marketing messaging.
Drive results to achieve business outcomes, employer objectives, and effectiveness of marketing.
- Measure marketing and report on key performance indicators and results that align to sales and employee product participation and utilization.
- Optimize marketing based on campaign results and learnings, turn data into insights shaping future campaigns and influencing client actions.
Consult and manage strategic initiatives aligned to business goals to drive outcomes.
- Launch new product and solutions offerings to the market.
- Drive enrollment enabling product cross-sell and upsell.
- Manage initiatives that advance marketing innovation, effectiveness, and efficiency.
