Senior Marketing Strategist - B2B
Southeast Wisconsin
Remote or Sussex, WI

QuadMed is seeking a B2B Sr. Marketing Strategist to join our growing Marketing Team! The B2B Sr. Marketing Strategist is responsible for generating and sustaining visibility and awareness of the QuadMed brand and value proposition among targeted audiences including employers and brokers/consultants for the purpose of driving new business and revenue growth in support of the sales team.

Corporate office is located in Sussex, WI, however, open to remote.


  • Plans, implements, and executes successful B2B marketing programs (including strategic brand planning, market positioning, thought leadership, promotion, advertising). 
  • In partnership with the Brand Strategy Leader, develops B2B marketing strategies and objectives for building and executing year-round brand engagement and reputation elevation through lead generation, social media, digital presence, conferences and webinars, collateral and other marketing vehicles. 
  • In partnership with the sales team, conducts segmentation analysis of prospects to prioritize opportunities and ensure messaging that is highly targeted to identified customer segments/personas. 
  • Utilizes industry insights and competitor assessments to inform growth opportunities and drive marketing initiatives to support innovation in product development. 
  • Represents the company and provides support as needed at various conferences, events and webinars. 
  • Establishes success metrics and provides reporting to allow proper measurement of B2B marketing activities and strategic recommendations. 
  • Partners with the creative team and digital strategist on the creative execution of the marketing strategies. 
  • Manages lead generation and marketing strategies to move prospects through the sales funnel. 
  • In partnership with the sales team and creative team, develops persuasive and impactful slide decks to support capabilities presentations and finalist presentations leveraging new technologies as appropriate. 
  • Qualifies leads and utilizes Salesforce for tracking the sales pipeline, scoring leads and optimizing functionality of the system to track prospects through the sales funnel. 
  • In partnership with the operations team and marketing strategists, compiles client, customer testimonials to better tell our story in the digital space or throughout the sales process. 
  • Identifies white paper topics, case studies and thought leadership ideas for development by the creative team. 
  • In partnership with Business Development leadership and Marketing leadership reviews RFPs for organizational fit and participates in win-strategy discussions.


  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Marketing, Business, or a related field


  • Minimum seven (7) years in a marketing, sales, or business development role 
  • At least 3 years of brand building, B2B lead generation/nurture experience 
  • Writing and/or design skills a plus 
  • Prior experience in a health care setting a plus Knowledge,

Skills & Abilities:

  • Competency in building brand awareness and visibility 
  • Competency in utilizing marketing automation tools 
  • Experience in digital B2B strategy; lead generation marketing campaigns 
  • Competency with data mining and database manipulation 
  • Competency in concepting sales collateral and contributing to content development 
  • Expert level in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM (Salesforce) software 
  • A “can-do” temperament with a passion for winning new business 
  • Effective positive human relations skills including tact, diplomacy, and ability to work with all levels of staff and leadership 
  • Ability to influence and manage cross-functional support 
  • Demonstrated creativity and initiative in enabling business solutions 
  • Strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects to ensure their quality and on-time delivery 
  • Experience understanding competitive positioning and analyzing trends 
  • High energy, detail oriented and creative individual 
  • Proven ability to work successfully with diverse populations and demonstrated commitment to promote and enhance diversity and inclusion
