We are seeking a full-time Senior Marketing Strategist in Chicago, dedicated to directly supporting one of our brokerage teams in their marketing coordination and digital marketing efforts. This role will be an essential component of one of our largest and highest producing teams, and will develop, implement, and optimize an omni-channel marketing campaign for the team's operations.This role is part of Stan Johnson Company’s Corporate Marketing team and will report to the Director of Research & Communications.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create Annual Team Brand Overview Statement which incorporates and outlines the essence of the Team’s value, skills and experience. 
  • Create Annual Team Marketing Strategy which incorporates existing and new channels of marketing that will be utilized in the Team’s marketing efforts. 
  • Execute on the Annual Team Marketing Strategy through coordination with Team Brokers, Analysts, Marketing Staff, along with SJC Corporate and external partners. 
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase web traffic to listings and drive team track record awareness out to clients. 
  • Provide Monthly Team Marketing Report to Team that outlines current efforts, engagement, results, and strategy/execution shifts. 
  • Create Team Marketing Content in coordination with marketing staff. 
  • Identify target audience preferences and build content to meet them. 
  • Stay up to date with new digital technologies and social media best practices.

QUALIFICATIONS;

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or a related field 
  • Three or more years of marketing experience with demonstrated success in brand support, social media strategy, and digital marketing channels 
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite (InDesign, PhotoShop, Illustrator)

HELPFUL IF YOU HAVE...

  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (i.e., Marketo) and CRM databases (i.e., Salesforce) 
  • Ability to generate and edit high quality written content in various formats, including whitepapers, articles, blogs, press releases, and social media posts 
  • Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
