Because of this, we’re on the lookout for a Motion Designer with technical expertise in animation, motion graphics, and video production, who can help bring some of our biggest campaigns to life across channels, in more engaging and more valuable ways.

In this role, based within the Corporate Marketing team, you'll create and implement innovative motion design and video content to enhance our brand marketing and reinforce our position as a leader in the commercial real estate market.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable both supporting large teams on significant projects and being self-led, proposing and executing on fully owned projects in support of brand marketing objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and create storyboards, animations, motion graphics and video content for diverse brand marketing campaigns across multiple platforms 
  • Engage in brainstorming sessions, contributing to the development of creative concepts and ideas 
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters and marketers to tell stories through motion 
  • Work closely with external agency partners to ensure any outsourced work is of the highest standard 
  • Experiment with new techniques and tools to produce compelling motion graphics 
  • Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure all motion graphics are optimized for various platforms and formats, including social media, digital advertising, video production, and more 
  • Develop and maintain motion design templates, ensuring templates are current and consistent with the brand’s visual identity
  • 5+ years of experience in a motion graphics or similar role 
  • Clear interest in visual storytelling, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work 
  • Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop and Illustrator 
  • Experience capturing video content including lighting, sound and video recording setup
  • Demonstrable experience collaborating with creative and additional stakeholders in order to execute a project successfully 
  • Strong attention to detail, time management and problem-solving skills 
  • Comfort in presenting and framing creative ideas and directions to senior colleagues 
  • Ability and interest in working within an office environment
  • Solid understanding of motion design trends and emerging technologies
